As a sophomore in Sherwood, Oregon, he earned All-Northwest Honors by the National Association for Music Education as the finest high school Jazz pianist in the Pacific Northwest. He studies music with acclaimed Jazz pianist George Colligan who’s performed worldwide with Jazz luminaries Jack DeJohnette, Randy & Michael Brecker, Buster Williams, Christian McBride, Ravi Coltrane, John Scofield, & many more.

Quinn is a regular at The 1905 in Portland, Oregon — one of DownBeat Magazine’s top Jazz Clubs in the world. He has also appeared at the Port Townsend Jazz Festival in the revered trio led by legendary drummer Jeff Hamilton who has worked with Ella Fitzgerald, Rosemary Clooney, the Count Basie Orchestra, Oscar Peterson, Ray Brown, and Diana Krall.
